千里冰封，万里雪飘
A hundred leagues locked in ice.

望长城内外，惟余莽莽
Both sides of the Great Wall
One single white immensity.
大河高下，顿失落滔滔
The Yellow River’s swift current
Is stilled from end to end.
山舞银蛇，原驰蜡象
The mountains dance like silver snakes
And the highlands charge like wax-hued elephants
欲与天公试比高
Vying with heaven in stature
须晴日
On a fine day, the land
看红装素裹，分外妖娆
Clad in white, adorned in red.
